Saad completed his undergraduate education at Seattle University in 2002 as a cum laude graduate from the Albers School of Business and Economics. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2005. That academic path helped shape his practical and client-focused legal approach.
Saad has handled a wide range of criminal matters across Washington, including DUI cases, domestic violence allegations, assault charges, drug charges, theft charges, probation violations, and felony matters. His experience also includes work on serious and complex cases, giving clients informed guidance during high-pressure legal situations.
Saad developed early courtroom experience while serving as a public defender for Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Issaquah. In that role, he handled hundreds of misdemeanor cases and built a reputation as a passionate advocate. That foundation continues to influence the efficient, effective, and fair representation he provides.
Saad is also known for his work in DUI defense, where he has handled thousands of DUI and other criminal driving cases. He has attended legal seminars devoted to aggressive DUI defense and is certified in the administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, strengthening his technical understanding in these matters.
Saad’s work has earned recognition for both legal ability and service. He was nominated as a Rising Star in DUI Defense from 2013 through 2021. In 2009, he received the Humanitarian Award from the Council on American-Islamic Relations for his dedicated legal service to the Islamic community in Washington State.
Saad Qadri has also helped people through public service, including his appointment to the Kenmore Planning Commission in January 2023.
