S. Gray Edmondson focuses on complex tax, estate, and business matters that require thoughtful planning and careful execution. Gray earned a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi in 1997. He also earned a Bachelor of Public Administration (B.P.A.), Cum Laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1997. Gray later received a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 2001. He continued his legal education by earning a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 2002.

Gray helps business owners, individuals, families, and fiduciaries address legal and tax issues that often involve multiple layers of planning. His work covers business planning, trust and estate matters, charitable giving strategies, exempt entities, and asset protection planning. By combining legal and tax knowledge, he assists clients in making informed decisions that align with their financial and personal objectives.

Gray is also active in professional and community organizations. His involvement includes service with the Mississippi Bar Association, where he served as Past Chair of the Estates & Trusts Section and remains involved with the Tax Section and Business Law Section. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has contributed to leadership and committee roles within that organization. He has also served the community through the United Way of Oxford and the Oxford School District.

S. Gray Edmondson has shared his knowledge through numerous seminars presented to professional, academic, and civic audiences. His presentations have addressed taxation, estate planning, business planning, and asset protection topics.
