Ryan J. Zinkel

Ryan J. Zinkel is a Wisconsin attorney and partner who focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law. As leader of the firm’s Real Estate Team, he guides clients through commercial and residential real estate matters with careful planning and clear legal advice.

Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. He earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. His education supports his work in real estate, estate planning, probate, trusts, and elder law, where careful review and sound guidance are important.

Ryan joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since 2015. He also leads the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts Team at Rohde Dales. His practice helps clients handle property matters, plan for the future, and manage trust and probate issues.

Ryan is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Sheboygan County Bar Association.

Ryan serves as Chairperson of Sheboygan County Condemnation Commission and Chairman of the HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital Foundation. He is also a founding member of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital Foundation Planned Giving Committee and a past president of Sheboygan County Estate Planning Council.
