Weldon later clerked for U.S. District Judge Sam Haddon and Montana Supreme Court Justice Jim Rice.
Weldon’s experience includes more than fourteen years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney handling violent crime, fraud, public corruption, tax, affirmative civil enforcement, and other federal matters. In addition, Weldon now applies government and trial experience to civil litigation, investigations, compliance counseling, and criminal defense in private practice.
