At Cornell, she focused on business law, regulation, and investment banking and served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
Cavanagh previously worked in a corporate group at Ropes & Gray and in private estate planning practice. She has also served as an executive director in the nonprofit sector. Her current work includes designing estate plans, assisting with estate settlements and probate administration, and advising on business and corporate issues that can intersect with ownership, succession, fiduciary duties, and family wealth planning.
