About
Roger W. Williams is a partner in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group in Jackson, Mississippi. He represents developers, borrowers, and lenders in commercial property transactions and lending matters. His work includes property acquisition, leasing, financing, construction, and sales. He joined Bradley in June 2026 and has experience with apartment communities, office buildings, shopping centers, and build-to-suit retail projects. His practice is focused on the contractual and financing needs of commercial real estate transactions.
Williams earned a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1996 and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Mississippi in 1993. His academic training in law and accounting supports transactional work that combines contracts, financial structures, and property interests. That foundation is particularly relevant to commercial lending and real estate development, where coordinated documentation and clear allocation of obligations are central to a transaction.
He regularly represents borrowers obtaining financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA loan programs. He also represents commercial real estate lenders and acts as a title agent in property transactions. His work extends through the stages of development, from acquisition and funding through leasing and sale. Bradley describes his experience with multiple property types and a variety of financing arrangements, allowing clients to address practical issues at different transaction stages.
Roger W. Williams has been recognized by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America, including a 2026 Jackson Lawyer of the Year award in Real Estate Law, as reported by Bradley. He is licensed in Mississippi and participates in state and national bar organizations. His real estate practice helps clients handle commercial property obligations and financing requirements throughout the life of a development or transaction.
