Roger Flores

Roger Flores is a Madison attorney and an income shareholder at Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C., whose practice focuses on insurance defense, coverage disputes, personal injury law, wrongful death, and real property matters. He spent 24 years in-house with Wisconsin’s largest property and casualty insurer. His roles included Litigation Counsel, Government Affairs Counsel, Supervisory Counsel, and Coverage Counsel. Roger earned his A.A.S. in Police Science from Waukesha County Technical College. He later received his B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Roger has litigated more than 40 cases to verdict throughout Wisconsin and has obtained numerous defense verdicts in liability cases. His trial experience includes automobile accidents, premises liability, landlord-tenant disputes, and other negligence claims. The National Board of Trial Advocacy certified him as a Civil Trial specialist in 2016. He has consulted on thousands of property and casualty claims involving insurance coverage and liability. His background includes legislative and regulatory advocacy concerning insurance issues across several Western and Midwestern states.
