Roger D. Struble

Roger D. Struble is an experienced criminal defense lawyer at Blackwell & Struble, LLC,  with more than four decades of legal practice. Mr. Struble earned his B.A. from Bethany College in 1977 before pursuing his legal education at Washburn University School of Law. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 1981. During law school, he was actively involved with the Washburn Law Journal. He served on the Board of Editors in 1980 and later became Managing Editor in 1981. His academic achievements and leadership roles helped build a strong foundation for his legal career and professional development.

Mr. Struble began practicing law and was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1982 and the Kansas bar in 1989 after earning his law degree. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the District of Kansas. Throughout his career, he has handled a wide range of criminal defense matters. His work focuses on protecting constitutional rights, analyzing evidence carefully, and presenting strong legal arguments in court.
