Roger A. Giuliani

Roger A. Giuliani is a seasoned attorney and Certified Family Court Mediator with decades of experience in probate law, estate planning, and real estate matters. He has played a critical role in helping clients resolve complex legal disputes, including creditor-debtor litigation and corporate filings. His work has supported families and businesses across Southern Nevada.

Roger earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University in December 1989. He later received his Juris Doctor from City University of New York Law School in May 1995. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada, New York, and Connecticut, and has been admitted to the Nevada District Court, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Roger began his legal career with a clerkship at the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Real Estate Division. There, he contributed research on mortgage steering and housing discrimination. He later taught real estate sales and contract principles as an instructor at Long Island University, broadening his knowledge in the field.

Roger became Clark County, Nevada’s first certified Probate Court Mediator in 2003. Since then, he has successfully mediated hundreds of family law cases for the Eighth Judicial District Court, helping families resolve disputes outside of court. His mediation experience reduces conflict, saves time and costs, and supports long-term, practical solutions for families throughout the region.

Roger has received multiple honors, including serving on the City University of New York Law Journal and being listed in “Who’s Who: American Law Students” 15th Edition. He was also Vice Magistrar of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity from 1992–1995. He is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, Family Law Committee, and the New York State Bar Association.
