Rod S. Berman is a highly respected intellectual property attorney and Intellectual Property Law Group chair at JMBM. Over his career, Mr. Berman has secured numerous landmark victories, including winning a preliminary injunction against Wilson Sports in a trademark case and securing a summary judgment of non-infringement in a patent case, later affirmed on appeal with attorney’s fees awarded. He has successfully argued cases before the Federal Circuit and the Ninth Circuit and has resolved a U.S. Supreme Court petition for certiorari. His expertise spans diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, beauty care, and entertainment.
