Rocky White

Rocky White is the founder and managing attorney of Lumina Legal, a business law practice serving startups and business owners in Washington. Rocky earned a B.A. in International Business from Western Washington University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. During his educational career, he gained experience with Microsoft, Boeing, the Federal Trade Commission, the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, and the Washington State Legislature. These experiences provided exposure to commercial organizations, public institutions, and regulatory concerns.

Rocky White previously served as a director of the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington and is involved with Encanto Arts as a director.
