Rocco Scarfone

Rocco Scarfone is a personal injury attorney who represents people harmed in accidents and unsafe conditions. Rocco earned his BS from East Carolina University, where he attended on a football scholarship and started at cornerback for the Pirates. He earned his JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, he interned for Justice Berger of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Rocco also spent a summer as an associate at a prominent civil defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This experience gave him insight into civil defense work before he began serving injured clients. His background helps him understand how cases are evaluated, prepared, and presented in legal settings and strategy.

After law school, Rocco served as a prosecutor for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. In that role, he advocated for thousands of victims throughout the community. In September 2020, he helped negotiate Keenan Allen’s four-year, $80 million extension, which was an important contract in NFL history.
