Robyn L. Anderson

Robyn L. Anderson is counsel at Lathrop GPM in Kansas City and focuses on insurance recovery and counseling. She has represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes for more than 25 years. Her work includes environmental and toxic tort insurance claims, organizational liability, and disagreements about policy interpretation. She helps clients identify available coverage, pursue claims against insurers, and assess gaps in their insurance programs before disputes arise.

Robyn earned a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1999. She also received a B.A., magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Journalism, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1996. Her combined legal and journalism education supports complex insurance litigation, policy analysis, and clear communication about contractual rights. She is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri and several federal courts.

Robyn has helped clients across industries recover insurance proceeds under historical general liability policies for environmental and toxic tort liabilities.
