Robin Klein

Robin Klein is a seasoned family law attorney and Senior Counsel at Skillern Firm Divorce & Child Custody Lawyers. Robin has practiced family law exclusively for more than 13 years and is trained in mediation. She represents clients in divorce, custody, child support, and property division with a thoughtful, strategic, and compassionate approach.

Robin W. Klein earned her B.A. in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas, and later received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2004. This strong academic foundation enables Robin to evaluate each case thoroughly and craft tailored, creative solutions to even the most difficult legal challenges.

Robin is a board-certified family law attorney, a distinction awarded by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization to only about 1% of family lawyers statewide. She has extensive experience handling complex family law matters—including child custody, visitation (possession and access), child and spousal support, and division of marital property—through both strategic litigation and negotiated settlements.
