Robert L. Buchanan

Robert L. Buchanan is a partner at Hull Barrett, PC, who serves clients in a wide range of civil matters. That same year, he began his legal career with admission to the South Carolina bar and admission before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. In 1988, he was also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
