Robert K. Jenner

Robert K. Jenner has devoted nearly forty years to representing individuals harmed by negligence, misconduct, and abuse. His work reflects a deep commitment to social justice and advocacy for victims of personal injury, mass torts, therapy abuse, and clergy abuse. He is known for his compassionate representation and steadfast pursuit of accountability against powerful institutions.

Robert began his academic journey at Franklin & Marshall College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982 and received the William Toth Memorial Prize for his outstanding scholarship. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1985, where he was honored with the Banks-Baldwin Clinical Program Award. His strong educational foundation laid the groundwork for his lifelong dedication to client advocacy.

Robert’s legal career spans extensive courtroom experience and leadership in complex litigation. He has been admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts, as well as before multiple U.S. District Courts, the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His involvement in major national cases, including defective drugs and devices, showcases his ability to handle complex litigation with skill and empathy.

Throughout his distinguished career, Robert has received multiple honors for excellence in trial law and leadership. He has been recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” multiple times by Best Lawyers® and included in the Best Lawyers® lists for Personal Injury, Mass Tort, and Product Liability Litigation every year since 2006. He has also been named to The Daily Record’s Power List and holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest standard of professional ethics and achievement.
