About
Robert J. Kendall III is an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer in Manchester. His practice includes commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, construction law and litigation, real estate and land use matters, appellate work, mediation, and arbitration. He represents clients in disputes that require close analysis of contracts, project records, business relationships, property issues, and procedural questions. His litigation work is supported by prior regional-firm experience and early appellate training in federal court.
Kendall earned a B.S., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. At Michigan, he served as an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and worked as a student attorney in the Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic. He argued a criminal appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His education developed research, writing, oral advocacy, and appellate analysis skills that support his current civil litigation and dispute-resolution practice.
Kendall’s background includes work at two regional law firms and a judicial internship with Judge Juan R. Torruella of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. His current practice covers appellate matters, construction disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration, and real estate conflicts. He is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and in relevant federal courts. His experience helps him assess how trial records, contract language, project documents, and legal standards affect strategy in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Robert J. Kendall III combines trial-level dispute work with meaningful appellate and judicial experience. His practice gives clients support across several stages of a conflict, from early evaluation and negotiation through mediation, arbitration, litigation, and appeal. He focuses on organizing the factual record, identifying controlling legal issues, and presenting arguments clearly in written and oral form. His approach is useful in commercial, construction, contract, and real estate matters where procedural choices and careful document analysis can materially affect the path toward resolution.
