Robert E. Williams

Robert E. Williams has practiced law in Jerome, Idaho, for more than four decades. He focuses on agricultural and commercial legal matters while helping clients handle complex transactions and long-term business concerns. His legal work also includes zoning matters, regulatory compliance, water rights, and estate-related planning for individuals and businesses across southern Idaho communities.

Rob earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1971 before continuing his legal education. He later received his J.D. from Northwestern University in 1974. After completing law school, he returned to Jerome and began practicing law that same year. His education helped build the strong legal foundation that continues to support his broad practice today.

Rob represents clients in agriculture and commercial real property matters, including issues involving water rights and land use. He also advises on business entity formation, agency permitting, and administrative law concerns. Many of the businesses and agricultural operations he has worked with have contributed to the growth of the region’s dairy-based economy and commercial development over many years.

Rob also assists individuals and families with wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. His approach focuses on helping clients make informed legal decisions while protecting important personal and business interests.
