Rob Astorino, Jr. is a trial attorney at Stein Whatley Astorino, PLLC, dedicated to representing clients in serious injury, wrongful death, and civil rights matters. His litigation practice includes auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall injuries, and Section 1983 actions for constitutional rights violations.

Rob earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with minors in Finance and Psychology from Purdue University. A Louisville native, he graduated from Trinity High School in 2006, laying the foundation for his academic and professional achievements.

Since 2013, Rob has been licensed to practice in Kentucky, including the Eastern and Western District Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky. He also practices before the Southern District of Indiana. His courtroom experience spans both state and federal systems.

In addition to personal injury and wrongful death, Rob handles consumer fraud, breach of contract, bad faith insurance claims, and business litigation. He provides legal counsel to small and mid-sized businesses in commercial disputes, partnership conflicts, and prelitigation matters across Kentucky.

Rob Astorino, Jr. has earned recognition for his legal work, including selection to Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” list in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Outside of the courtroom, Rob is a certified lacrosse official and currently serves as Vice President of the Bluegrass Lacrosse Officials Association. His community involvement reflects a commitment to leadership and service, both within and outside the legal field. He continues to fight for justice and accountability on behalf of his clients throughout Kentucky and Indiana.
