Rick Park is a founding partner at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers. He represents clients in personal injury cases across Washington. With years of experience, he has handled thousands of cases, from minor injuries to serious claims, helping clients pursue fair compensation through skilled legal representation.
Rick earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1997 after completing his B.A. in Communications at the University of Washington in 1994. His education provided a strong foundation and prepared him for a focused career in personal injury law.
Rick began building his experience early by interning at a personal injury firm in Tacoma. After law school, he started his own practice in Federal Way. In 1999, he co-founded Park Chenaur & Associates, which later became Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in 2024.
Rick focuses on personal injury cases, including car accidents, construction accidents, and wrongful death claims. He also handles medical malpractice matters, including misdiagnosis and surgical errors. His goal is to help clients seek fair compensation through careful case preparation and strong advocacy.
Rick is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He also contributes to the legal community as a speaker and mentor, presenting on legal topics and guiding newer attorneys through professional development programs.
