Richard P. Colbert

Richard “Rich” Colbert is a highly experienced trial and appellate attorney representing individuals and businesses in complex litigation across Connecticut. His practice covers fiduciary and probate litigation, real estate disputes, product liability, and high-stakes business matters. Rich earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1990 after completing his Bachelor of Science at Western Connecticut State University in 1987. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Connecticut Judicial Department Superior Court Division, gaining valuable insight into trial proceedings. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
