Richard O. Middlebrook

Richard O. Middlebrook is the founding partner of Middlebrook & Associates and a leading DUI defense attorney in the San Joaquin Valley. He focuses on defending clients accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, using strong legal knowledge and forensic science in every case.

Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from California Lutheran University in 1990. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, Martin Luther King School of Law in 1993. His education supports his focused work in DUI defense law.

Richard has over 29 years of legal experience focused on DUI law. He has tried more than 280 DUI cases with only 8 losses. He has also served as lead counsel in over 15,000 administrative hearings, motions, writs, and appeals across California.
