Richard J. Stolcenberg

Richard J. Stolcenberg is the owner of RJS Law and an attorney focused on helping injured people and their families. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. For over thirty years, he has guided clients through serious injury cases and Michigan No-Fault claims.

Richard earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in May 1981. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University in May 1977, with a major in Social Science and minors in English and Education. These degrees prepared him for legal service.

Richard was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1982. His work centers on automobile, truck, and motorcycle cases, as well as serious injury and death claims. He represents injured people, not corporations or insurance companies, and helps clients seek available recovery after harmful accidents.

Richard assists clients facing life-changing injuries, including fractures, amputations, and brain injuries caused by negligence. He also handles wrongful death claims after car or truck crashes. His firm manages both probate work and Circuit Court work needed to protect the rights of those affected.

Richard is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, Michigan Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Michigan Association for Justice. His past positions include work with Black, Hall, Nicewander & Kladder, PC, and Church, Wyble, Kritselis & Robinson, PC.
