Richard Eagles is an Associate Attorney at Blade & Blade, P.A., where he practices in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. A South Florida native, Richard brings a decade of diverse legal experience to the firm, combining a strong foundation in litigation with a client-centered approach to estate planning and administration. Richard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he was active in Moot Court and received the Book Award in Trial Practice. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida. His academic achievements reflect his dedication to analytical reasoning and public service.

Richard began his legal career at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, where he gained extensive courtroom experience advocating for clients who could not afford representation. He later transitioned into civil litigation, where he defended property insurance and personal injury cases, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of trial strategy and negotiation.

In 2019, Richard founded The Eagles Law Firm, focusing on estate planning and helping families protect their assets and legacies. By 2021, he had expanded his practice to include probate and trust administration, guiding clients through every stage of estate management. In 2024, he joined Blade & Blade, P.A., where he continues to provide comprehensive estate solutions built on integrity and trust.
