Richard E. Oney

Richard E. Oney is an Arizona attorney serving as of counsel to the Law Offices of William D. Black in intellectual property matters. His work includes preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications, intellectual property acquisition, transfers and licensing, due diligence, infringement and validity analysis, and litigation. Richard earned a J.D. from Arizona State University and a B.S.E.E. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
