Richard Davis

Richard Davis is a civil litigation lawyer and shareholder in the litigation section of Mesch Clark Rothschild, whose practice includes health care law, medical malpractice, product liability, municipal matters, and condemnation disputes. He represents public and private entities, including hospitals and municipalities, in significant civil cases. His trial experience spans more than 400 cases. Early in his career, he served as lead counsel for the City of Tucson in a class action involving defective copper piping and aggressive water.

Richard earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona. He attended law school with support from a fellowship awarded by the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation.
