Richard C. Bock is a criminal defense lawyer and founder of The Law Offices of Richard C. Bock, representing people accused of serious offenses in Arizona state and federal courts. Richard earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He previously received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. His undergraduate studies preceded his legal education and provided the academic foundation for his later work in criminal law. His law school training prepared him for a career involving courtroom advocacy, constitutional issues, criminal procedure, and appellate matters.

Richard began his criminal law career as a Pima County deputy attorney, serving in that role for three years. He later entered private criminal defense and has accumulated more than 35 years of experience in that setting. He has handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases in state and federal courts. His work includes jury trials, appeals, post-conviction proceedings, DUI cases, and serious charges involving homicide and other violent offenses.

Richard C. Bock is admitted to practice in Arizona and is a Certified Criminal Specialist through the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is death-penalty certified and has served as a judge pro tempore. His professional affiliations include membership in the State Bar of Arizona.
