ReShea J. Balams

ReShea J. Balams is the founder of The Balams Firm, a Georgia personal injury law practice established in 2018. She represents people injured in motor vehicle collisions, truck accidents, and premises liability incidents. From her Alpharetta-area practice, she leads a team focused on helping injury victims understand their legal options and pursue compensation following accidents caused by negligence. Her work combines direct client service with management of the firm.

Balams received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she participated in the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and the Black Law Students Association. She previously graduated summa cum laude from Spelman College with a degree in Economics. Her education provides a foundation for evaluating legal claims, presenting financial losses, and assessing the practical concerns that follow serious injuries.

Since establishing her firm, she has concentrated on personal injury representation, including claims arising from car and truck crashes and dangerous property conditions. The firm also handles serious injuries and wrongful death matters. As founder, she oversees its approach to injury claims and client communication while working within a legal area that often requires close attention to medical evidence, liability questions, and the financial impact of an accident.
