Renee Harrell

Renee Daigle Harrell is President of Harrell & Harrell and a seasoned personal injury attorney with over 25 years of dedicated experience. She represents clients in complex injury cases, including car accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, and wrongful death claims. Her legal work has resulted in numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements across Florida.

Renee graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Her early academic excellence—having been Salutatorian of her high school class and awarded a congressional appointment to the United States Military Academy—has translated into a distinguished legal career.

Renee is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association and has been an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association since 2001. Renee is also affiliated with the American Association for Justice and the Jacksonville Justice Association, both organizations committed to upholding civil justice and protecting individuals’ rights.

Beyond the courtroom, Renee Harrell is a champion of community involvement. She served as president of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s Board of Directors and is on the Board of the JALA Foundation. She has also worked with the Northeast Florida Medical Legal Partnership, an initiative bridging legal and healthcare services to support low-income families.
