Rebekah earned her B.A. from Goshen College in 2004, followed by a J.D. from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2007. She began her legal career clerking for Justice Robert D. Rucker of the Indiana Supreme Court from 2008 to 2009, developing a strong foundation in legal research and writing.
Rebekah has been licensed to practice in the District of Columbia since 2009, Maryland since 2011, and the Supreme Court of the United States since 2012.
