Rebecca Melone

Rebecca Melone, Esq., is the Founder and Managing Partner of Melone Hatley, P.C., a nationally recognized family law and estate planning practice. Since launching her firm in 2014 as a solo attorney, she has expanded it into a multi-office operation serving clients across Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, and Texas. Her vision has always been to redefine client service in family law by combining compassionate representation with strategic growth and innovation.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from the University of Toledo. She also holds a B.S. in International Business and an A.A. in Equestrian Studies from the University of Findlay. This unique educational background provides her with a strong business perspective and discipline, which she applies to the management of her legal practice and the advocacy she provides to her clients.

Rebecca’s career has been marked by recognition and professional achievement.
