Randy P. Murphy is a senior partner and litigation attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has more than 35 years of experience handling a broad range of civil defense matters. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, property and casualty defense, product and premises liability defense, personal injury defense, environmental defense, and employment and labor law. He represents clients in litigation and administrative matters across Arkansas.
Randy earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 1988. He also received a B.A. with honors from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1978. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem solving, which supports his work in trial practice, liability defense, and workers’ compensation matters.
Randy has built an active trial practice that has taken him throughout Arkansas. He has participated in more than 150 jury trials, hundreds of mediations, and many administrative hearings before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission. His experience includes defending complex personal injury and products liability claims. He also has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving motorcycle accidents.

He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability.
