Rafi Ourfalian

Rafi Ourfalian began his journey in Los Angeles as an ambitious teenager who came alone with the American Dream in his heart. Through steady effort, discipline, and purpose, he built a life in law and service. His story reflects hard work, focus, and lasting dedication to his clients.

Rafi graduated from U.W. L.A. in 1980, then began his legal career as an associate attorney. After a short time, he chose to build his own boutique law firm and guide it with care.

Rafi’s firm grew in less than a decade to include a dozen attorneys and a strong professional staff. The firm also expanded beyond Southern California, with offices in San Francisco, other California branch offices, and affiliates in Europe. Its growth was built on trust and client relationships.

Rafi has always placed clients first. Many clients have stayed with the firm from its early years to the present. His work shows the value of clear guidance, careful service, and long-term support. This focus has helped the firm earn steady respect over many years.

Rafi has also been active in civic life. He has served as a community organizer, supporter, leader, and fundraiser for many good causes. As the grandchild of genocide survivors, he has supported efforts to condemn genocide and its denial wherever they appear.
