His experience also includes appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also defends employment discrimination claims in Arkansas courts.

Scott Morgan is admitted to practice in Arkansas, before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and before the Eighth Circuit. He has served in leadership roles with the Arkansas Bar Association, including as chair of the Young Lawyers Section and as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also involved with defense and bar organizations and was named Attorney of the Year in Pulaski County in 2016 by VOCALS.
