R. Scott Morgan

Scott Morgan is a senior litigator at PPGMR Law, PLLC in Little Rock, Arkansas. He focuses his practice on civil litigation defense, including wrongful death matters, general commercial disputes, business litigation, and employment law. Mr. Morgan also maintains a broader practice involving real estate, trusts, wills, and probate. Mr. Morgan earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1986. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1982. Mr. Morgan joined PPGMR Law in 2008 after practicing for 22 years with the Pine Bluff law firm of Bridges, Young, Matthews & Drake. His experience also includes appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also defends employment discrimination claims in Arkansas courts.

Scott Morgan is admitted to practice in Arkansas, before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and before the Eighth Circuit. He has served in leadership roles with the Arkansas Bar Association, including as chair of the Young Lawyers Section and as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also involved with defense and bar organizations and was named Attorney of the Year in Pulaski County in 2016 by VOCALS.
