R. Keith Colvin

R. Keith Colvin is a distinguished partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He has over 40 years of legal experience, specializing in commercial real estate law. In 1979, Keith earned his JD from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He was the Law Review’s Managing Editor and Omicron Delta Kappa’s President. He obtained his BS from Louisiana State University in 1976.

Keith has represented developers, lenders, and property owners in real estate projects. These include industrial plants, hotels, casinos, offices, golf courses, and condos. He is an expert in title exams, commercial leases, and regulations. His work ensures smooth and ethical real estate transactions.
