R. Gregory Parker

R. Gregory Parker is Managing Partner of the Nashville office of K&L Gates and practices intellectual property law. His work focuses on Intellectual Property Litigation, Intellectual Property Procurement & Portfolio Management, and Pharma & BioPharma Litigation. He handles patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright disputes while advising clients on intellectual property strategy, acquisition, licensing, prosecution, and protection across technology-driven industries.

Parker earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2006 and a B.A. cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2003. His education provided a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis that supports complex intellectual property matters. He is a registered patent attorney, which complements his work on patent disputes, prosecution, portfolio planning, and other issues involving technical innovations.
