Quinton Osborne is the founding member of Osborne Employment Law. He represents workers in employment disputes with companies across Illinois. His practice focuses only on employment law, including unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, minimum wage, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, leave rights, non-compete agreements, retaliation, and other workplace issues.

Quinton earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri, where he majored in Economics and minored in Political Science. His education supports his focused work in employment law.

Quinton’s honors include the Academic Excellence Award, Order of the Woolsack, and Excellence in Journals Award during law school. He was also recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2019 to 2023 as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5% of Illinois attorneys under 40.

Quinton has represented many types of workers, including executives at Fortune 500 Companies, healthcare professionals, sales representatives, computer programmers, accountants, and construction workers. He assists employees from the initial review or negotiation of an employment contract through to complex claims, providing each client with clear guidance, strong advocacy, and careful support.

Quinton handles matters involving sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act rights, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, minimum wage claims, and non-compete agreements. Before founding his firm, he worked for an employment law firm in St. Louis and gained experience in many employment-related disputes for workers.

Quinton Osborne is admitted in Illinois and Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Trial Bar, and other federal courts listed in his credentials. His associations include the DuPage County Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, Illinois Chapter, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.
