Peter T. DaMore, Jr.

Peter T. DaMore, Jr. is Partner and Managing Director of the DaMore Group at Kriss Law/Atlantic. He founded DaMore Law in 1999 before the firm joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in late 2025. His practice includes real estate, business law, and estate planning, with extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions. Since 1999, he has been involved in more than 20,000 real estate transactions and has personally reviewed thousands of purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers.

Peter earned a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1994 and a J.D. from New England Law in 1997, graduating cum laude. He was admitted in Massachusetts in 1997 and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. His business-finance and legal education provide a foundation for real estate and business matters involving transaction structure, property rights, title concerns, contracts, financing, and ownership decisions.

Peter’s real estate work includes complex residential and commercial transactions, title resolution, condominium law and conversion, and legal matters connected to property purchases and sales. He is a licensed Massachusetts real estate instructor and regularly provides continuing education classes to real estate agents and homebuyer seminars for buyers and sellers. His broader practice in business law and estate planning allows him to address related ownership, entity, and planning questions alongside real estate transactions.

Peter T. DaMore, Jr. leads the DaMore Group within Kriss Law/Atlantic and continues to focus on real estate and estate planning matters. His involvement in more than 20,000 real estate transactions, multistate licensure, purchase and sale agreement work, and real estate teaching reflect extensive experience with property matters. His business law and estate planning work further support clients when real estate decisions connect with ownership structures, long-term planning, and related legal needs.
