Peter J. Moschetti Jr. is a founding member of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany and a trial attorney with over 35 years of experience. He focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense cases, representing individuals and businesses in complex and high-stakes legal matters.

Peter earned his J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New Haven, graduating summa cum laude. His academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and courtroom practice.

Peter has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases.
