Peter Catalano

Peter Catalano is an accomplished family law attorney who guides clients through divorce and related legal matters with clarity, confidence, and personalized attention. Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2017, where he was an active member of the Robert and Sue Ellen Ackerson Law Clinic. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the Honors College at the College of Charleston, laying the foundation for his career in legal service and civic engagement.

Since being admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2017 and the Indiana Bar in 2021, Peter has earned wide recognition in the legal field. He has been selected to the Kentucky Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2021 through 2025, a distinction awarded to attorneys who demonstrate excellence in practice early in their careers.

Peter is an active member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations’ Family Law Sections and participates in pro bono work, including the Louisville Bar Association’s Pro Se Divorce Clinic. He also serves on the Associate Board for Maryhurst Inc., a nonprofit focused on supporting children who have experienced trauma and abuse.
