Peter C. Phillips

Peter C. Phillips is a Partner at Soule, Leslie, Kidder, Sayward & Loughman, P.L.L.C. and has practiced labor and employment law since 1990. He advises school districts, municipalities, and other employers on public-sector labor relations and collective bargaining. His work includes employee and union contracts, discipline and discharge, union grievances, wage and hour issues, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings, along with school and municipal law matters.

Peter earned a B.A. from Villanova University, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Irish Studies, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire state and federal courts and before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
