Peggy Sheahan Knee

Peggy Sheahan Knee is a partner at The Knee Law Firm, LLC with more than three decades of experience in estate planning and related matters. Her practice includes tax planning, estate administration, trusts, inheritance and estate tax returns, special needs planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and business succession planning. She advises clients with varied financial circumstances on structuring plans and administering estates with careful attention to tax and fiduciary concerns.

Knee earned a J.D. from Fordham Law School, a B.A. from Fordham College, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Her advanced tax education directly supports estate planning, inheritance and estate tax work, trusts, and business succession matters.
