About

Paula Arno Martinez is an attorney and co-founder of Arno Martinez Law, PLLC, in Wenatchee, Washington. Her immigration practice focuses on family-based immigration, U visa cases, and matters under the Violence Against Women Act. She works with immigrants and families who face complicated legal requirements, especially when immigration questions involve safety or relationships. Her representation combines case preparation with experience serving immigrant communities in Central and Eastern Washington.

Paula earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2012. During law school, she interned with the Immigration Center for Women and Children, working on U visa and Violence Against Women Act matters. She received her first Texas law license in 2013 and continued representing immigrant communities.

Before establishing her firm, Paula worked for more than four years at Colectiva Legal del Pueblo in Wenatchee. She previously served as an associate attorney with Rios & Cruz P.S. in Seattle. At the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project in Granger, she organized and conducted workshops and legal clinics concerning Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. These roles connect her current practice to years of assistance for immigrant families and community education.

Paula Arno Martinez has held leadership and public service roles beyond her practice. She formerly served as a commissioner on the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs and as national president of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority. Her current board involvement includes the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center, Wenatchee Valley College, and the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington. Her professional work emphasizes access to immigration counsel and support for affected communities.
