Paul T. Bennett

Paul T. Bennett is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on creditor’s rights, commercial and general litigation, creditor bankruptcy matters, personal injury, and family law. He represents clients ranging from large financial institutions and businesses to individual residents of Southeast Arkansas. His experience on both sides of personal injury cases allows him to approach each matter with balanced insight and strategic preparation. He has handled complex litigation involving major banks and insurance companies.

Mr. Bennett earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He later received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His educational background in finance and law supports his ability to analyze financial disputes, creditor claims, and complex litigation matters. He is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Since joining the firm in 2001 and becoming a partner in 2006, Mr. Bennett has built a reputation for steady courtroom advocacy and practical legal strategy. He has defended businesses in multi-million-dollar litigation and pursued claims on behalf of injured clients. In addition to his legal work, he has served as an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Southeast Arkansas College and as a special judge in Jefferson County District Court.

Paul T. Bennett has held leadership roles in the Arkansas Bar Association, including service in the House of Delegates and on the executive counsel of the Young Lawyers Section. He is active in multiple professional organizations and has served in community leadership positions, including appointments to public boards.
