Paul D. Reynolds

Paul D. Reynolds is a sole practitioner who serves clients in DWI and DUI defense, criminal defense, civil litigation, and liquor permit matters. Paul earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Leflar Law Center, in Fayetteville, AR. He also earned a B.S. from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. His major was Business Administration. He was admitted to practice in Arkansas and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Paul has handled many DWI and criminal matters with strong results. His recent cases include not guilty results in DWI matters involving alcohol, drugs, refusal to submit, and VICL. He has also handled drug cases, domestic battery matters, and cases involving the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Paul also works with civil and business clients. His civil work has included the foreclosure of a Materialmen’s Lien and defense of a civil suit on jurisdictional grounds. His representative clients include restaurants, contractors, software businesses, media companies, real estate groups, food suppliers, and other local and regional businesses.

Paul is a member of several legal groups, including the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Washington County Bar Association, and Benton County Bar Association. These memberships reflect his work in criminal defense and the broader legal community.

Paul received the Legal Aid of Arkansas Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney award in 2007. He is the Current Board Chairman of the Economic Opportunity Agency of Arkansas and a Former President of the Fayetteville Noon Kiwanis Club. He is also a United States Taekwondo Federation Black Belt.
