Paul D Friedman

Paul D. Friedman is an experienced personal injury attorney and serves as general counsel at Accident Law Group. He focuses on complex matters involving professional malpractice, traumatic brain injuries, birth injuries, and wrongful death claims. Since 2000, Paul has handled challenging malpractice and serious injury cases. From 1997 to 2000, he served as a Special Assistant to Arizona’s Attorney General in a landmark tobacco case.

Paul earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1985. He then attended California Western School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 1989. His commitment to ethics and standards led him to get a masters in bioethics from Midwestern University/Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. In 2006, he earned a Ph.D. in comparative ethics from LaCrosse University.

Paul’s significant academic and practical experience enriches his legal practice. He has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 1989 and is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His legal skill is proven. Beyond his practice, Paul has taught bioethics to healthcare professionals and is an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University College of Law. His work as a judge pro tempore since 2005 and on various legal panels underscore his leadership within the legal community.
