Pat Walsh

Pat Walsh is an attorney at Nold & Walsh, LLC in Crystal Lake, Illinois, who handles criminal defense matters. Pat has decades of practice experience and extensive experience with jury trials. His work has included DUI, traffic, reckless homicide, juvenile, and other criminal defense cases. His prior prosecution experience gives him familiarity with how criminal cases are developed from the State’s side. He studies the facts and procedures in each matter, looking for rights violations, procedural errors, and other factors that can undermine the case against a client.

Pat Walsh combines trial experience, prior prosecution work, and detailed case review in representing criminal defense clients. His NHTSA instructor certification in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing gives him additional knowledge relevant to cases involving sobriety testing and DUI arrests. He focuses on building individualized defenses by examining the circumstances of each case and identifying weaknesses in the prosecution’s position. His approach remains centered on the course that best serves each client, whether or not the matter proceeds to trial.
