Parham Khorsandi

Parham Khorsandi, Esq., is a tax lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in disputes involving the IRS and California taxing authorities. His work covers audits, collections, payment plans, penalty relief, appeals, and Tax Court matters. He has more than a decade of tax controversy experience. He guides clients through complex enforcement issues and develops practical strategies based on their financial and legal circumstances, helping them understand options and pursue workable resolutions.

Khorsandi earned a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he ranked in the top 30% of his class. His coursework included Corporations, Real Property, Legal Research and Writing, and Intellectual Property. He earned a B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Law and Society, from the University of California, San Diego. He graduated cum laude and received Provost’s Honors List and Phi Beta Kappa recognition for academic achievement.

Before leading his current practice, he served as Vice President of Client Services at a national tax defense firm. In that role, he managed attorneys and staff handling audits, collections, Offers in Compromise, and penalty abatement matters. Earlier work included private practice and corporate legal experience involving research, intellectual property, digital distribution, and regulatory compliance.
