Pamela Marcogliese is the Head of US Transactions at Freshfields and a nationally recognized capital markets and corporate governance attorney. She advises issuers, underwriters, boards of directors, and senior management on debt and equity offerings, IPOs, SPAC transactions, direct listings, liability management, and large-scale financing matters.
