P. Hong Le

P. Hong Le is a Baltimore attorney who focuses on community association law, real estate law, and civil litigation. He advises homeowners associations, condominiums, property owners, individuals, and businesses on legal concerns involving governance, contracts, land, and financial disputes. His practice includes legal opinions, governing document preparation, covenant enforcement, commercial lease review, residential transactions, and limited scope representation for clients who need help with specific parts of a case.

Hong earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002. He later graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2008. During law school, he clerked for Judge H. Patrick Stringer, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. After graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk to Judge M. Brooke Murdock in the Family Division of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Hong has represented hundreds of community associations throughout Maryland and has handled property matters in district and circuit courts across the state. His litigation experience includes obtaining monetary judgments and injunctive relief for clients seeking compliance with governing documents. He also assists with contract disputes, personal injury claims, landlord-tenant matters, foreclosures, deed conveyances, tax sales, easements, land disputes, and contractor claims. His transactional work includes drafting and reviewing contracts, waivers, releases, agreements, rules, resolutions, and other legal documents.

P. Hong Le is admitted to practice in Maryland and before the U.S. District Court. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland State Bar Association, and he previously served on the board of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland. A fellow of the Maryland State Bar Association Leadership Academy, he also provides pro bono representation to low-income clients through the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service and community events in Baltimore.
